Enquires, orders and after service

All quotes are valid for 30 days. We will only proceed with an order on written confirmation – for postal orders this will be an email or a note in with your order. For in-store or drop-off point orders this is via your signature on your order form.


Prices quoted are fixed so long as the quantity of tapes is the same as what was quoted for, and the lengths of the tapes are as quoted for. Any possible variations will be quoted in advance.

We try to complete every job within 7-10 days but during busy periods, or when tapes are in a mouldy or damaged condition, the time may vary.

All orders must be paid for in full before we arrange delivery via a staff drop, postal or courier. If you are paying via cheque then these typically take 5-7 working days to clear including the time to visit the bank and cash. Please allow extra time for delivery of your order if you choose this method of payment.

After service

On the rare occasion you encounter any problems with your transfers you must communicate this to us within 14 days of receipt. We keep master copies of most jobs in accordance with our privacy policy so we are able to recall your job within this time frame.
