If you are struggling to send us your files and you are using an Android device then please follow the instructions below to send us your files:

1. On your mobile device, open the Google Photos app .
2. Sign in to your Google Account if not already.
3. Create a new album and add all the photos/videos you want to send to us.
4. Tap Share .
5. To create and share a link, tap Create link.
6. Copy and paste this link into an email and send to us at info@phone2.co.uk
