VHS-C to DVD, Blu-ray, or USB transfer
Transfer all your VHS-C tapes to DVD. Wedding videos, birthdays, family holidays, VHS-C tapes are based on VHS technology but are much more compact. This means the tapes deteriorate just as quickly as VHS tapes, so make sure you do not lose those precious memories.
We transfer your VHS-C tapes using the highest-quality players which are regularly serviced to ensure optimum picture quality. A VHS-C tape you may not be able to play at home may be perfectly playable – we are happy to check for you if you pop in and we will only charge for a successful conversion. We can even repair most VHS-C tapes FREE of charge.
Prices start at just £11.99 per tape and reduce depending on the quantity you have. Scroll down for full price details, and to generate an instant quotation.
We can convert NTSC (US), NTSC 4.43, SECAM, and Mesecam VHS-C tapes at no extra cost. Also, if your VHS-C tape is under 5 minutes in length, then we only charge £5.99 for the conversion!

Introduced in 1982, the VHS-C format was based on the larger VHS format tapes and designed to be used in consumer compact camcorders. They can be played back using a standard VHS-C adapter through a VHS tape player.
99% of the VHS-C tapes we see run for a maximum of 45 minutes. However, JVC did briefly market tapes with Extra High Grade formulation which ran for 135 minutes in EP mode and for 180 minutes in SLP mode.
