You can place an order by bringing your media to our head office in Gravesend, Kent (no appointment needed Monday to Friday); arranging a free collection if you live within our free collection area and have 10 or more tapes/reels; visiting one of our 5 drop-off points situated across Kent; or posting your media to us.

If you live in, or local to, Gravesend, then you are welcome to visit our Gravesend office any time between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday to drop off and collect your media. There is no need to phone ahead and book an appointment unless you want us to check the contents of the media with you before proceeding. This option is best if you need us to check any media with you present.
We also have a number of drop-off points in Kent, including Ashford, Folkestone, Maidstone, Ramsgate, and Tonbridge. Simply walk into any of the drop-off points; ask for a Media Transfer bag; complete the supplied order form; place both the order form and your media into the bag; and seal the bag. We visit most sites twice a week to collect and return orders. Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange payment – we accept most credit and debit cards (including American Express); PayPal; cash; or bank transfer. No original tapes or transfers are released until full payment is made.
We accept orders by post/couriers and will return your transfers by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery or DHL/UPS courier. We can ship worldwide and regularly ship to France, Germany, Netherlands, and the U.S.
Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address with your order. Alternatively, please download and complete our optional order form below and include it with your package when posting it to us. All media should be addressed to our head office: Media Transfer, 56 Bath Street, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0DF.
We’ll send you a confirmation email your order is received.
Once your job is completed, you can pay via credit/debit card securely online (via PayPal), by telephone, or via bank transfer.
It usually takes 7-14 days to complete an order – If you have a specific deadline, please let us know as we can usually meet it. We also offer an express 1-3 day turnaround service for an extra £5.00 per tape.

If you have 10+ tapes/cine reels to transfer and live in the DA, ME, Kent TN, BR, and some RH postcode areas, we now offer FREE personal collection AND delivery of your tapes/cine reels. Just give us a call on 01474 569 390 to arrange a collection and one of our staff will come and pick up your tapes/cine reels. If you live just outside these areas (CT, BN, and Sussex TN postcodes) or have fewer than 10 tapes/cine reels, then we can make personal collections and deliveries for a small fee.
