Placing an order
To place an order, visit our Gravesend office, drop your SuperDisk in to one of our drop-off points (Maidstone, Tonbridge, Ashford, Folkestone, or Ramsgate), or post your SuperDisks to Media Transfer, 56 Bath Street, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0DF. Return postage is FREE for orders of 15+ SuperDisks. Otherwise, see our list of return postage costs here.

If you have 20+ SuperDisks and live in the DA, ME, Kent TN, BR, and some RH postcode areas, we now offer free personal collection AND delivery of your SuperDisks. Just give us a call on 01474 569 390 to arrange a collection.

SuperDisk history

The SuperDisk LS-120 is a high-speed, high-capacity alternative to the 3.5 in, 1.44 MB floppy disk. The SuperDisk hardware was created by 3M’s storage products group Imation in 1997, with manufacturing chiefly by Matsushita. The SuperDisk had little success in North America; with Compaq, Gateway and Dell being three of only a few OEMs who supported it. It was more successful in Asia and Australia, where the second-generation SuperDisk LS-240 drive and disk was released. SuperDisk worldwide ceased manufacturing in 2003.
