Placing an order
To place an order, visit our Gravesend office, drop your tapes in to one of our drop-off points (Maidstone, Tonbridge, Ashford, Folkestone, or Ramsgate), or post your tapes to Media Transfer, 56 Bath Street, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0DF. In 1995, the DV format was introduced for recording and playing back digital video. MiniDV tapes are widely used by both amateurs and professionals.
In 2003, DV was joined by a successor format HDV, which used the same tape format with a different video codec. Some cameras at the time had the ability to switch between DV and HDV recording modes.
