If you are struggling to send us your files and you are using an iPhone/iPad device then please follow the instructions below to send us your files:

1. On your mobile device, open the Photos app.
2. Create a new album and add all the photos/videos you want to send to us.
3. Open the album and in the top right hand corner tap the 3 dots icon (…).
4. Tap Share photos.
5. Tap Copy iCloud Link.
6. Your phone will now prepare a link. Depending on the number of photos/videos this could take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10-15 minutes.
7. Once the window closes open your email app, paste the link and send to us at info@phone2.co.uk.
