As we are an office and not a shop we can remain open and we plan to carry on processing all orders as normal. 

During the first lockdown period we saw a 500% increase in orders, so please bear with us as there may be delays in getting your orders processed.

UPDATE: As of today (Thursday 26th November) the turnaround times are 10-14 days. We will update this page if anything changes.

We ask people to avoid visiting our office if possible and to reduce the number of visitors to our office we are extending our free contactless collection/delivery service to cover the whole of Kent, and some surrounding postcodes (DA, CT, ME, BR, RH, SE, and Kent TN). If we already have your order then once complete we’ll contact you and ask if you need a free return delivery.

If you’ve sent, or planning to send us an order by post then please expect some delays to Royal Mail deliveries as time goes on. In the previous “lock down” we saw the average 1st Class delivery time hit 5-7 days to some parts of the UK. Couriers may vary but check when booking.

All of our drop off points remain open as they are located within newsagents, but please contact us before dropping off your order as we may be able to offer you a free contactless collection and delivery instead.
