No payment is taken at the time of order and we’ll contact you to make payment within a few days.

There is no limit on the number of photos/videos, only a maximum length of 3 hours. You can also mix photos and videos.

The process can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the quantity of videos/photos to be transferred, and your internet speed.
