We’ve also been very busy clearing out our old stock of equipment and materials, photographing it, and adding it to our online shop. We’ve added over 50 new products including players, monitors, editors, cameras, networking devices, and much more. We’ll continue adding more products as we can.

Service levels

Our 8mm/9.5mm/16mm/35mm film scanning service turnaround times are beginning to return to normal. After suffering a mechanical breakdown, some long term sickness, and a hugely busier Christmas period than we’ve ever experienced it all added up to cause some lengthy delays to scanning with turnaround times being the longest we’ve ever experienced. We are now down to 3/4 weeks for new jobs (unless you have a specific deadline such as anniversary, birthday, etc) and hoping to be back to 7-14 days by September. Our tape transfers are all running to schedule as usual.
