Always use a tracked service such as Royal Mail 24/48 or Special Delivery, or a premium courier such as DPD, UK Mail, FedEx, or UPS. DO NOT USE EVRI!
Please include a note with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and any special instructions. We’ll contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your tapes.
We return all media via the Royal Mail 24 tracked service or UPS courier.

If you live within our free collection/delivery area above, and have an order value of £150+ then we can offer a free collection and drop back to you once the job is complete. Contact us by telephone ( 01474 569390 ) or email us (sales@dvd-transfer.co.uk) to arrange a free collection.
If your order value is less than £150, or you live outside of our free collection area then we may be able to collection and delivery for a small fee.
We have a number of drop-off points in Kent, including Ashford, Folkestone, Ramsgate, and Tonbridge. Simply walk into any of the drop-off points; ask for a Media Transfer bag; complete the supplied order form; place both the order form and your media into the bag; and seal the bag. We visit most sites twice a week to collect and return orders. Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange payment – we accept most credit and debit cards (including American Express); cash; or bank transfer. No advance payment is needed.
